Trust/Monitor Policy for the Habitat Pen Pals GLP
Identity and Privacy |
Participating teachers, schools, and classrooms must register with their true identity. Student work will be displayed by first name only with their represented habitat and country (ex. Ashley, Coniferous Forest, USA). Individuals that are found to be misrepresenting a teacher, school, or classroom will be dismissed from the project.

Before publishing any work to the Habitat Pen Pals GLP, be sure you have the right to do so. We require that you respect copyrights, trademarks, and other legal rights. Please ensure you properly cite any sources used. Work that is found to violate any copyright laws will be removed from the project.

We ask that you not contact other project participants for commercial purposes without their consent. It is also prohibited to post advertisements or other commercial posts on the project blogs. Posts of this nature will be promptly removed. Repeat offenders will be asked to leave the project.

Safety of our participants is our top priority. We prohibit any form of bullying, harassment, or any other threats (including self-threats) to any of our participants will result in immediate removal from the project, and if necessary, proper legal action will follow.
